If this is approved, its one of the best quick surveys ever. One question, one set of 4 bubbles. No redirections. Answer and collect. 

Cons
Interface did not accept mouse clicks, so everything was keyboard. No option to modify keybindings.
My audio clips were all modem sounds. Might have been glitched, but I do not see how the conditions for the rejection are possible. Messaged requester, waiting on response.
